The staff are really kind. The room was always tidy. My housekeeper, Elsayed, did a great job and he was friendly. i stayed in room 2376 near to the sea and it was very nice.

the entertainment was not always great, some days it was good and others not so good. it is just a matter of personal preference.

The staff provided really good service with kindness. ALL the staff are polite and helpful. A family-like atmosphere exists thanks to the attention given to guests. Security is excellent offering peace of mind.

the staff WERE pleasant enough, i will give them that.

My room key stopped working daily. It was a genuine nuisance. i had to trek to reception repeatedly to get it reprogrammed. the food was very repetitive. It was the same dishes every single day with only minor variations. The quality suffered as a RESULT.
